Evaluating the Development Quality of China”s Agricultural Machinery Industry - Part 1:Methods and Framework
Agricultural Machinery Industry was experiencing a booming development in recent years of China,as the governmental purchasing subsidy for machine users elevated year by year.The development quality which reflects the coordination among speed,structure,efficiency,innovation,resources and environment,however,is not systematically evaluated through scientific approaches in literatures.This paper depicted the importance of development quality based on the basic connotation,defined the principles and guideline for the evaluation system construction,and proposed a series of indexes can be directly cited or inferred from statistical data currently available.The evaluation system is expected to be applied to comprehensively assess the development of agricultural machinery industry,and thus provide theoretical support for structural adjustment and upgrading of the industry.
