The design and development of a new type conductor delivery of air-suction metering device
According to the weakness of the high seed dropping position,the big variability of seed-spaces in soil and the low qualification rate of the double driving discs furrow opener of no-tillage planter,Based on the analysis of the cavitation time of suction seed metering device,design and develop a new belt type seed device that can combine transmission and dropping seed institutions,which related the speed of seed metering device and the speed of planter,and also identified its main structural parameters.This guide seed device can effectively revise the instantaneous deviation of the seed leaving suction hole,increase the qualification rate of seed-spaces,reduce the height of seed dropping position and variability of seed-spaces,decrease the landing speed of seed,and increase secondary seed uniformity.This device had a good experimental results,and provide a reference direction for improve the quality of operations of the metering device.
