Design of dynamometer control system for hydro-mechanical continuous variable transmission test bench
The performance of transmission test bench load simulation system plays an important role in the entire test platform.Based on the test bench of hydro-mechanical continuous variable transmission (HMCVT),the analysis on the composition of the HMCVT test bed and its dynamometer control system has been made in the paper.The design used industrial computer as the main control component,together with the PLC controller and peripheral circuits constituted the dynamometer control hardware system,and by using of modular design,an analysis on the control system software development has been made at the end of the paper.Test results show that the dynamometer control system has many advantages,such as high precision,simple operation,stable performance and strong anti-interference ability,which provide an effective reference for the construction of HMCVT test bench.
