The design and improvement of one simple type clods pulverizer
This paper introduces the design and improvement of one simple Clod-crushers and Clod-riddlers.The three-dimensional solid model is established based on CATIA,developing the prototype and taking a deep research is made on clods rebound,clods accumulation and low crushing rate during the experiment.Former square feed inlet with a high leaning angle and opening style is modified into a semi-sealed feed inlet with a lower leaning angle.Former unreasonable design of the feed inlet results in clods rebound considerably and producing safety trouble.The improved connection between the most bottom of the feed inlet and the sieve tube is smooth,so as to achieve that the clods successfully reach the crush room.The propeller blade added in front of the blade shaft plays a great role of spiral advance while crushing clods which does good to the collision contact between clods and knife-axis back-end of blade shaft.The improvement of blade and feed inlet improve the pulverizer rate a great deal.The blade shaft is analyzed with finite element analysis based on ANSYS software.it determined the structure design and material selecting meeting the intensity of the work request.
