Seasonally dry area upland rice mechanization production technology

  The shortage of water resources has become a major block of agricultural production.The main food crop is rice.It is planted in two ways,water cultivation and dry cultivation.Although the rice has high yield and the quality is good,it production process consume huge water.In contrast,upland rice planted in arid and semiarid region cost less water than rice.In the region with more abundant rainfall,upland rice can greatly reduce the amount of money and manpower.Putting forward the process of upland rice planting under the condition of water shortage has positive effects on agricultural production.At present,upland rice crop production have many kinds of ways in our country.Study seasonally dry area upland rice mechanization planting technology,determine reasonable process and each production links of the mechanical equipment requirements is beneficial to popularize upland rice planting.And it has the important practical significance for upland rice crop production in the south area of China.This paper discusses mechanized cultivated plant cultivation technology,analysis,tillage and soil preparation,seeds pretreatment,sowing seeds,field management,harvest and the characteristics of the five major aspects of its mechanized operation.Tillage and soil preparation of upland rice can use wheat tillage equipment.To the upland rice planting,direct seeding technology,seed processing technology and weed management can be mirrored.The seed should be disposed before plant.The main problems of realizion of upland rice mechanization production are effective field management.Harvest stage rely mainly on the mechanization.At present,mechanization has a higher degree in some dry land areas and it is helpful for realization of entire production mechanization.This paper is to analyze the details of the upland rice production,putting forward upland rice production processes and the problems in the process of mechanization that suitable for seasonal rid regions of Yunnan.
