Synchronous Control System for Synthetic Test
Synthetic test is recognized as the most equivalent test to the high voltage circuit breaker breaking capacity test.In order to improve the success rate of the test, a synchronous control system is studied in this paper.Firstly, according to the demand of short-time and high-precision during the synthetic test, hardware circuit of the synchronous control system which uses DSP as the core is designed.Then, according to properties of the derivative, for the current approximately presents linearity near the zero area, the current model is simplified.The current zero is on-line predicted based on platform hardware circuit and real-time sampling.The trigger signal of the prolong-arc and voltage circuit are given.Finally, the performance of the intelligent device is verified in the test.According to the test result, error of trigger time for prolong-arc circuit is less than 40μs and for high-voltage circuit is less than 501μs, which can ensure the equivalence of synthetic test.
