The Control Technology of Double Closed Loop and Self-correction for AC Contactors
The intelligent control module with starting closed-loop and keeping closed-loop has been designed in this paper and can adjust the starting current quickly and precisely.This paper presents a self-correcting control scheme with the state capture circuit of main contacts.With the function of offline self-correcting, the contacts bounces in starting process of the contactor can be reduced greatly and improved the whole performance of the AC contactor.Through storing the self-correcting control parameters, the control module can recurrence the starting current accurately and realized the online optimal control of the contactor.
