齿叶玄参中的环烯醚萜及其抗炎作用

摘要：

Twenty-four iridoid glycosides were isolated from the whole plant of ScrophulariaRoyle ex Benthand their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.Among them,theaglycones of four iridoids possesswithaten-carbon keleton,while theaglycones of others iridoids possess withanine-carbon keleton,most of whichareacylated inaglycone or sugar moieties.Five of them were evaluated foranti-inflammationactivity byreporter gene luciferaseassay,and three displayed significantlyactivityagainst NF-xBactivation.
