　　Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) plays a vital role in safeguarding the normal blood circulation as the cells” source of repairing the vascular endothelial layer.To improve the function of EPCs is the effect that Chinese herbal drugs manifest in its bioavtivity for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis at progenitor cells level.Therefore, the function of Chinese herbal drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in regulating EPCs has gradually become the hot spot in the field of TCM research.This thesis summarizes the definite active ingredients and their targets of Chinese herbal drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in improving the function of EPCs, with an expect of providing new thought on the study of revealing the modern medicine connotation of Chinese herbal drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
