Studies on Polysaccharides Flavones Soluble Proteins and Minerals from Arisaema amurense Maxim.

摘要：

　　To explore contents of active substances in different part of Arisaema amurense Maxim.Contents of polysaccharides flavones and soluble proteins in tuber, stem, leaf and fruit part of Arisaema amurense were determined by UV spectrophotometer method.Contents of essential trace elements were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry method.Species of soluble proteins were determined by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis method.The results showed that the active substances determined exist in different part of Arisaema amurense with significant differences, and the species of soluble proteins were also different in different part ofArisaema amurense.Arisaema amurense has higher contents of active ingredients, such as essential tract elements, flavones, polysaccharides and soluble proteins.
