Study on antioxidant activity and immune effects of Anthriscus sylvestris extracts
We engaged in studies on antioxidant activity of total flavonoids and immunomodulatory effect of polysaccharide in anthriscus sylvestris.Concentration of total flavonoids in 27.5μg/ml-800μg/ml, the scavenging of hydroxyl radicals and the inhibition of superoxide anion showed a dose-effect relationship, and in the concentration of 800μg/ml department, the maximum clearance and inhibition rates were 32.88% and 24.87%; compared with the control group, high dose (62.5mg/kg) of Anthriscus sylvestris flavonoids can significantly enhance the spleen and kidney tissues” SOD activity, but decrease MDA content at the same time.The high dose polysaccharide (200mg/kg) from Anthriseus sylvestris significantly increased the spleen index, liver index, clearance index and phagocytic index.The results have indicated that the Anthriscus sylvestris flavonoids have a good antioxidant activity in vivo and vitro, and also the polysaccharide has a good effect in immune regulation.
