聚酰亚胺/碳纳米管纳米纤维膜电纺制备与电性能研究

In this paper, the electrically conductive PI nanofibrous composites with a certain anmout of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) werepapared by electrospinning technique.In order to realize unitorm MWCNTs dispersion in the PI nanofibers,the functional groups was introduced on the surface of MWCNTs by chemical functiongalization.And the poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) was used as a dispersing medium and it was finally removed by imidization process. The surface morphlolgy of the electrospum nanofibrous composites were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM,JSM-7500F Hitachi,Japan) as shown in Figure 1a-d.The MWCNTs dispersion in the PEO nanofibers was investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM,H-7650B Hitachi,Japan) as shown in Figure 1e-f.
