不同均压环对220kV复合绝缘子覆冰及其闪络特性的影响
For the voltage grade of 110kV and above, all of composite insulators adopt the grading ring to improve the high potential gradient at the surface of two end fittings. Besides, the grading ring can play a major role in drawing the arc and preventing the corona discharge at the end fittings. Since difference grading rings can bring about different improvements of potential and electric field distribution along the composite insulator, which may then influence the icing characteristics and flashover performance. Therefore, in order to illustrate the effect of different grading rings, the energized wet-grown ice accumulation tests of 220kV composite insulator with different grading rings at the HV end are carried out in the art ficial climate chamber in this paper. Combining with numerical simulation, the ice appearance, density, weight and minimum flashover voltage are fully analyzed.
