开放与腔镜CST技术治疗腹壁切口疝

摘要：

Primary suture repair of ventral hernias is associated with high recurrence rates. With the application of synthetic mesh the recurrence rates decreased significantly.Meshimplantation may result in adhesions (despite the use of various mesh coatings), enterocutaneous fistulae,and infection. Autogenous tissue repair that reliably restores the structural integrity of the abdominal wall withoutthe use of synthetic material is optimal.
