Building online crisis management support system based on the Chinese snow disaster from the end of 2007 to 2008
In recent years, the worldwide crises frequently occur, and China has also become one of crisis-prone countries.South China took place a serious snow disaster from the end of 2007 to 2008, and brought the enormous losses to the Chinese Government and people.One of the important reasons for these serious losses is that the Chinese government has not yet established the special crisis management support system for snow disaster.This paper discusses a series of problems exposed in the snow disaster, such as deficiency in government organizations, law omission and no conception of a systemic emergency in Chinese governments.An advanced crisis management support system is built, and the development and processes of six major subsystems are elaborated.
