The Adsorption Properties for BSA of Electrospun Zein Nanofiber Membrane
The barrier separation technology has potential applications in the field of protein separation.In order to explore the absorption properties of nanofibrous membrane towards specific protein, we compared the absorption properties towards bovine serum albumin ( BSA )of metal and non-metal chelated nanofibrous membranes.The concentration of metal ions in the solution was detected by Spectr AA 220 atomic absorption spectrophotometer,the amount of protein absorbed on the membranes were detected by coomassie blue staining( CBS ) method.The results indicated that metal chelated nanofiber membrane had stronger adsorption capacity towards bovine serum albunun.
