Process research of ladle free-opening rate for high aluminum steel in continuous casting
This paper mainly discuss the main factors that affect the ladle free-opening rate for high aluminum steel like 20Mn23 AIV in continuous casting,combined with the real condition of 40 t ladle in Steel-making Plant of Baosteel Special Materials Company,by the way of improving ladle filler sand quality,baking all the raw material,solidifying the addition of ladle filler sand,cleaning the ladle nozzle clearly,and optimizing the stirring effects of ladle bottom argon during refining process,so that resolve the low free-opening rate problem of high aluminum steel which has long time with liquid steel in ladle.
