The research of complex heat transfer in Electroslag Remelting Mold
In present study,the complex heat transfers are systematically described,which happen in the ingot / slag skin/mold wall interface and the molten slag / slag skin/mold wall interface in the ESR process,and this paper establish the Mathematical model of heat transfer process,which is based on the thermal shrinkage of ingot and the slag skin,the distribution of the slag skin and air gap,etc.Through modifying and taking the continuous temperature measurement in ESR mold,the collected temperature data are made as the boundary condition so as to obtain the temperature distribution in the ingot / slag skin/mold wall interface and the molten slag / slag skin/ mold wall interface,etc,and the transmission of heat flow is calculated along the radial direction.
