Effectively synthetically reusing technic research and practice of dust and mud containing iron in Ansteel

　　Confecting dust and mud conglomeration with carbon reducer in dust and mud containing iron.It can self deoxidize.Ferric and zinc oxide carry out self deoxidize in existing equipment to reclaim metal,which will not affect the daily normal steel - making process in Anteel.The new process deals dust and mud containing iron with heat environment in converter,surplus heat in molten iron pot and physics heat of molten iron.Also the process to produce dust and mud conglomeration containing iron was explored.These processes make reusing dust and mud containing zinc and dust and iron in short flow after blast furnace process coming true,and reusing dust and mud containing low content zinc and iron in sintering - blast furnace system.And these processes implement high efficiency integrated reusing of dust and mud containing iron,without inducing zinc enrichment in blast furnace in Anteel.
