Research and development of Baosteel equipment remote diagnostic system

　　Based on the summarization of the practical experiences of Baosteel equipment management in nearly past 30 years and offsite characteristic of the Group”s steel unit,this paper puts forward a new device condition monitoring mode involving ” Data Test localization,remote analysis and diagnosis,diagnostic conclusions network”.After in - depth study,it comes to developing the Baosteel remote diagnosis management system for machine status.This system can work for many specialties such as vibration,wear,oil physical and chemical and cleanness,infrared,chromatography,etc.The key technologies of remote diagnosis system are presented,the composition and architecture of the remote diagnosis system are introduced.System function modules and system network structure are designed significantly.Function characteristics are summarized.The system not only helps enterprises better apply ERP and EAM by providing with equipment state data and combines diagnosis technology and equipment management,but also realizes the informatization of the equipment precision diagnosis state.
