Production trial of the desulfurization ash returned to sintering
The technology of sintering flue gas dry desulphurization is a common domestic desulphurization technology in metallurgical industry,however handling the ash of sintering flue gas dry desulphurization is a baffling problem.In light of coexistence of dry and wet desulphurization in Meigang and surplus wet desulphurization ability,reuse of ash of sintering flue gas dry desulphurization as flux in the sintering machine in which wet desulphurization process is used is put forward,which can not only use CaO in dry desulphurization ash,but also convert S in dry desulphurization ash into gypsum through wet desulphurization device.Results by sintering pot show that,if specific proportional dry desulphurization ash is added to sintering proportion,the strength of sintering ore can be increased slightly,metallurgical performance can be improved appropriately,fuel consumption can be increased slightly,but the content of Sulphur in sintering ore increases slightly;Industrial test results show that,if 1.5% desulphurization ash is added to sintering proportion,sintering ore tumbler strength cannot be affected,metallurgical performance of sintering ore can be improved appropriately;the content of Sulphur in sintering ore increases 0.003%,fuel consumption can be increased to some extent.Dry desulphurization ash can be converted into gypsum effectively,the content of Sulphur in wet desulphurization flue gas will not go beyond the limit,the reuse of dry desulphurization ash returned to sintering is feasible.Through preliminary estimates,there will be good society and economic benefits.
