Analysis of State-owned holding Insurance Companies? Risk Management on the Basis of Equity Structure

　　At present,china”s insurance market has presented the trend of diversified development,but the market is still shared by the state-owned holding insurance companies.This paper takes these companies as target,discussing the existing problems in risk management resulted from companies? equity structure.And there are also some thinking in order to improve the insurance companies? risk-management ability in the end of this paper.
