Re-study the Causes of the Insurance Company Business Failure:Base on the Core Competence Rigid Evolution and Sample with AIG
The majority opinions on the business failure of insurance companies are due to the systematic risk of macroeconomic,internal control,risk speculation and the lack of risk management,and so on.But they are the directly and dominant causes,not the root causes.The core rigid caused by the resources subsystem,the capability subsystem,Organizational Learning subsystem,knowledge management subsystem of the core competence system evolve evolution rigidly,and then the core capability and resource of companies cannot adapt to the changing and more complex business and management environment.So,the rigid evolution of the core competence system maybe the root causes.So,we should re-recognize the status of the company”s core competence systematically,and then reconstruct the core capability and resource of the company,so as to achieve sustainable development vision.
