A Study on Flood Insurance Pricing Based on Willingness to Pay of Residents in China
The reasonable pricing of flood insurance is one of the bottlenecks of establishment and promotion of flood insurance scheme.The flood insurance used to be priced on supplier views.There is some difference between supply and demand.To test the demand price of flood insurance of residents,this paper considers the willingness to pay of residents,applies for CVM and questionnaire survey,and then gets the flood insurance price of willingness to pay of residents by empirical analysis,it is about 81CNY.This paper also analyzes some effect factors on willingness to pay.
