　　The author”s attitude to the social and psychological study of the phenomenon of organizational culture (Order Approach) is represented.Organizational culture is viewed as a complicated social and psychological order of organizational and managerial interactions,guided by the systems of the ethical meanings of these interactions participants.Powerful organizational leaders are considered to be the most significant among the participants.
