Factor Analyzing On Patent Barriers that Limiting the Independent Innovation of Complex of Products and Systems in China”s Large and Medium-sized Enterprises

　　The independent innovation of complex of products systems in large and medium-sized enterprises in China are in tackling the critical period.However,there is a variety of limiting factors in the process of independent innovation.These factors constraint the healthy developing of independent innovation activities of Complex of Products Systems in China”s large and medium-sized enterprises.In this paper,we forces on the patent barriers factors,analyzing what patent barriers is and what its mechanism is,and make some advices according to the realities of independent innovation of China”s large and medium-sized enterprises to overcome patent barriers limiting factors.
