低压等离子纳米涂层技术应用于气体和液体过滤介质的最新进展

摘要：

　　The low pressure plasma technology and coating equipment were introduced.Using plasma coatingprocess with seve~01 mixed gases,the treated materials have permanent hydrophility.The low pressure plasma process can made the novel nanocoated material surface have high grade hydrophobicity and olenphobicity by polymerization of monomer.The gas and liquid filter media treated by low pressure plasma technology have good quality and low production cost.
