DALP Analysis on Gen etic Diversity of Panax notoginseng
Panax notoginseng (Burk) F.H.Chen is one of the most famous traditional Chinese medicinal plants,which belongs to Panax genus under Araliaceae family.At present,Panax notoginseng is cultivated in a mixed colony.Using DALP makers,we studied the genetic diversity of cultivated populations of Panax notoginseng in Wenshan prefecture Yunnan province and Napo country Guangxi province.And the results showed that there were 260 polymorphic loci detected from a total of 292 in 13 populations,and there were majority of genetic diversity found between populations;and the genetic differentiations were lower within populations.So there is broad prospect in good species breeding.Hence it can provide basic information for resource protection and sustainable use of Panax notoginseng.
