Preparation of films consisting of reduced graphene oxide sheets and their thermal conductivity
The free-standing and flexible films consisting of reduced graphene oxide (RGO) sheets were prepared via liquid exfo-liation and ethanol reduction process followed by liquid evaporation using the natural flake graphite as the starting material.The light flash measurement showed that the as-obtained film had a high in-plane thermal conductivity of 775 W/m K.And the degree of re-duction of RGO sheets and order structure of film has important effect on the transport properties of the resulting films.
