Research Progresses on Coping Strategies to Work Family Conflict in an Organization

  The topic of coping with work family conflict through various countermeasures such as the family-friendly policies in an organization to help employees reduce their stress has been received attention fiom the research for many years.The present review makes a few of conclusions by summarizing literatures on this topic.It can be divided into three stages in the process of researching ways to cope with work family conflict which is defined as specific policies, comprehensive strategies and perceptions on those strategies.Among these, comprehensive strategies can reduce work family conflict better.The employees” perceptions on polices, especially their perceptions to informal organizational support can enhance the effectiveness of all kinds of coping strategies.
