Empirical Study on Social Responsibility of Enterprises in the Perspective of Education Equality
In Modem society it focuses on talents competition so that individual educational level is one of important determinant of one”s political and economical position.Therefore, educational equality tends to be a key determinant of individual equality and justice between generations.With Chinese background, the author claims that it attempts to motivate enterprises to undertake some social responsibilities, for example, they could provide some education products or opportunities for social disadvantage group through some ways such as education tax, charitable contribution, running a vocational school, etc., based on the equality theory of John Rawls, a famous scholar of New Law-of-Nature School, so that education equality of each citizen in the society is improved continually.On the base of empirical study on the current situation of social responsibility of enterprises and education equality in some cities or counties, with various research methods such as literatures, field work, comparison, summarization and deduction, the necessity and executive mechanism of education responsibility of enterprises are argued.Finally, the specific measures of education equality improvement are advised by enhancement of social responsibility of enterprises in China.The innovation of this paper is that it is based on the equality theory of Jolm Rawls with the key principle of difference equality and the empirical study approach.
