Research on Compatibility of Total Quality Management and Total Customer Satisfaction

  On the base of introducing the theory of Total Quality management and Total Customer Satisfaction, the paper discusses their advantages as well as limitations, puts forward the new idea of its mutual compensation and compatibility and has an analysis of the necessity and the feasibility in order to give modem enterprises new hints to continuously strengthen and enhance its operation and management, refining and improving its social benefits as well as economic benefits continuously.
