Reflection on the Generation and Development of Urban Cultural Soft Power
The present age is an age of city.Cities are the center of cultural prosperity and development.The urban culture is the concentrated embodiment of the essence of contemporary culture.The status and functions of urban culture play a very important role in the construction of cultural soft power.Cities are the main places where cultural soft power could be cultivated.The soft power of urban cultural is a specific form and micro-foundation of the cultural soft power.The development of urban culture is consistent with the construction of cultural soft power inherently.We must enhance the value of city development through inclusive and open development, and take on the mission and awareness of the construction of cultural soft power consciously.The study of urban culture soft power has opened up the study of new paradigm on cultural soft power.The construction of the urban cultural soft power has opened up a new area of cultural soft power.Therefore, the study of urban culture soft power has attached great significances.The future of construction of China”s cultural soft power should realize function of the urban cultural function consciously.
