　　With the era of the development of the logistics industry has become an important industry to promote the development of the national economy.To improve the soft power of logistics enterprises by creating a learning organization and thus strengthen the competitiveness of logistics enterprises overlooked by many business owners, this paper elaborates Ways to enhance the soft power of logistics enterprises by creating a learning organization.
