生物传感中的信号放大新策略
Several methods based on RGDS functionalized CNTs, lectin functionalized QDs, lectin and HRP functionalized Au nanoparticles, lectin functionalized ferrocene, and lectin functionalized carbon nanohorns were proposed for electrochemical detection of cell surface mannose moieties. Lectin functionalized QDs and carbohydrate functionalized QDs have been used for ECL detection of cell surface carbohydrates. A disposable electrochemical cytosensor array and two fluorescent methods were prepared for multiple dynamic monitoring of intact cell surface glycans during drug treatment. More recently, a SECM, two scanometric and one chemiluminescent imaging methods and a chemically selective method were developed for facile evaluation of cell surface carbohydrates, and Two methods was proposed for delivery of nucleic acid probe into cell to monitor the quantity of intraceiiuiar microRNA.
