In broad terms we have seen a demand for higher efficiency in work life, rapid changes of organisational patterns in enterprises, an increased competition, frequent reorganisation of enterprises and at the same time restructuring and internationalisation of industry has taken place. In addition demography has changed both regarding age of workforce and gender.
