Molecular cloning and response to bacteria infection of arginine kinase in the mud crab,Scylla paramamosain

摘要：

　　Arginine kinase (AK) was previously reported as a phosphagen-ATP phosphotransferase found in invertebrate.In this study, an 1469bp cDNA was cloned and sequenced from Scylla paramamosain (designated SpAK).It contained an open reading frame of 1071bp that coded for 357 deduced amino acids of AK.The calculated molecular mass of SpAK is 40243.8 Da and PI is 5.92.
