Thoughts on Training Innovative Logistics Talents

摘要：

　　The compound talents with solid professional knowledge and rich technology experience reflect abundant competition of modern logistics enterprises.Through illustrating the definition of modern logistics and innovative logistics talents and considering of talents demand of modern logistics enterprises,this thesis establishes the evaluation indexes of innovative logistics enterprises talents.In addition,it provides feasible training methods of innovation talents of universities,enterprises and social organizations by the three parties’ effect on talent training of logistics enterprises.
