Efficiency of Long-Distance Wireless Power Transmission Based on Microwave Reflector Antenna System
The efficiency is one of the key parameters in a wireless power transmission system.This paper analyzes the efficiency of a long-distance wireless power transmission system based on a microwave reflector antenna,coming up with a general expression consisting of generator efficiency,transmit efficiency and receive efficiency.The transmit efficiency is then factorized into a few necessary sub-efficiencies.In addition,the authors made a rough evaluation about the transmit efficiency of a reflector system fed by a circular Eleven feed.
