日本肝衰竭治疗进展

摘要：

The purpose of artificial liver support (ALS) is to sustain patients with fulminant hepatic failure (FHF) for long enoughfor the patient”s liver to regenerate and regain its function.In cases where the liver cannot regenerate, ALS should support liverfinction until transplantation is successfully performed.If these liver support systems had the capability to sustain patients with FHF in a favorable condition, survival rates would be improved and the criteria for liver transplantation would be simpler and more accurate.
