Staged Procedures is better than One -time PCI in Patients with multivessel coronary artery
Background Patients with multivessel coronary artery disease face to choose PCI complete revascularization at one time or as staged procedures.Objective This study was to explore if there was any different in outcomes for patients with multivessel coronary artery disease understood PCI complete onetime or as staged procedures.Methods In this prospective,singlecenter,randomized study,460 patients were randomized into two groups:onetime group (n=221),who received complete revascularization at onetime in our hospital,versus staged group (n=239),who underwent staged treatment within 30 days atter the first PCI.
