Relationship between aspirin and clopidogrel resistance in acute coronary syndrome

　　Objectives We have prospectively investigated the association between aspirin and clopidogrel low responsiveness.Methods 635 Non ST Elevation Acute Coronary Syndrome (NSTE ACS) patients were included and received loading doses of 300 mg aspirin and 600 mg clopidogrel.We analyzed posttreatment maximal intensity of arachidonic acid and ADP—induced platelet aggregation (AAAg and ADPAg) and Platelet Reactivity Index of VAsodilatorStimulated Phosphoprotein (PRI VASP).Aspirin and clopidogrel low responsiveness were defined respectively by AAAg > 30% and ADPAg > 70%.
