Relationship Between Plasma Level of inflammatory Marker and Platelet Aggregation in Patients With Clopidogrel Resistence after Angioplasty
Objective The study evaluated the relationship between plasma markers of inflammation concentration and clopidogrel resistance in patients after stent implantation.METHODS.The plasma levels of CRP,P—selection,sCD40L,IL6 and platelet aggregation was measured by light transmittance aggregometry (LTA) in 352 patients undergoing PCI at baseline and 6month followup. Results The plasma levels of CRP,Pselection,sCD40L,IL6 was increased and higher in 65 patients (18.5%) with clopidogrel resistence group than normal responsiveness group at 6month after PCI.There was a significant positive correlation between Soluble CD40L levels and platelet aggregation (r =0.28,P < 0.05).Diabetes,a sCD40L level were independent predictors for unresponsiveness to patients after stent implantion according to stepwise multivariate analyses. The hazard ratio (HR) for clopidogrel resistance was 3.02 (95% CI=1.28 to 3.25;P=0.036).
