Protein Microarray Analysis in a Mouse Cecal Ligation and Puncture Model for Early Prediction of Sepsis-Induced Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation
Objective To identify valuable biomarkers of sepsis-induced disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) from platelets-derived factors by using a biotin label-based custom protein microarray technology in a mouse cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) model. Methods KM mice were randomized into sham-operated group and CLP group.Blood were detected immediately,at 1hr,2 hrs,6 hrs,12 hrs,24 hrs,48 hrs and 72 hrs after CLP for platelet count, coagulation assay and blood chemistries.
