Superior antimetastatic effect of pemetrexed-loaded PEG-Peptide-PCL nanoparticles in a mouse metastasis model

高分子纳米抗肿瘤药物投递系统是一种新型的药物投递系统.本文介绍了一种新型的酶靶向培美曲塞纳米微球.研究了纳米微球的特征、载药量和包封率、微球的安全性和释放特性.在实验性肺转移模型中同时研究了肺转移瘤的分子表达.在四组实验组中,酶靶向培美曲塞纳米微球的抗肿瘤转移能力最强,转移瘤的CD133及TS的表达也最强.研究表明酶靶向培美曲塞纳米微球是一种新型的抗肿瘤转移药物,同时为恶性黑色素瘤的临床治疗提供的新的思路和证据.
