颈椎人工间盘置换术与前路减压融合术治疗单节段颈椎病的META分析
A systematic search of studies published between January 2000 and Jan 2012 was conducted using MEDLINE, EMBASE, OVID, ScienceDirect and Cochrane Review databases.English-language randomized controlled trials (RCT) of comparing cervical arthreplasty to ACDF performed at center or multi-centers providing data on safety and clinical effects were identified. Two study suthocs independently reviewed the 55 articles originally identified and selected eight for analysis. Study title,demographic characteristics, type of prosthesis and implant, adverse events and outcomes were extracted manually from all selected studies. RevMan 5.1 software~used for meta-analysis.
