The antitumor triterpene glycosides from the sea cucumber Pearsonothuria graeffei

摘要：

　　Triterpene glycosides from the sea cucumber Pearsonothuria graeffei showed excellent antitumor activities for several cancer cell lines,the IC50 values of crude glycosides were range from 8.17 to 10.78μg/ml.It should be noticed that the triterpene glycosides in this kind of sea cucumber is very abundant,the yield of crude glycosides was more than 100mg / g dry weight of Pearsonothuria graeffei.Eight triterpene glycosides were isolated and structure established from Pearsonothuria graeffei for the first time.
