Ginsenoside Rg1 Attenuates Okadaic Acid Induced Spatial Memory Impairment by the GSK 3β/Tau signaling pathway and the Aβ formation prevention in Rats
There has been no extensive characterization of the effects of Ginsenoside Rgl,a pharmacological active component purified from the nature product ginseng,in an Alzheimer”s disease rats model. Objective:The present study aimed to investigate the possible neuroprotective effects of ginsenoside Rgl against Okadaic Acid (OKA)-induced memory impairment and the related mechanism in rat.
