中国发展低碳经济的必要性与可能性

摘要：

　　Low-carbon economy is increasingly concerned by social concerns. Accordingly, the article analyzes the necessity for a low-carbon economy in China and puts forward a low carbon economy through the establishment of legal protection mechanisms and measures to solve energy problems, and promote the development of China”s low-carbon economy.<br>　　As low energy consumption, low pollution, low-emission-based economic model, low-carbon economy has gained more and more attention. In 2007, Chinese chairman HuJin tao at the 15th APEC leaders meeting had clearly advocated develop low-carbon economy.
