Surgical treatment of hydrosalpinx improves the expressions of estrogen receptor and progesterone receptor in the endometrium in implantation window

摘要：

　　Objective To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of hydrosalpinx on the expressions of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in the endometrium in implantation window.Methods a total of 60 patients with hydrosalpinx and 30 patients with fallopian tube obstruction were recruited.In the implantation window,immnohistochemistry was carried out to detect the expressions of ER and PR in the endometrium of the hydrosalpinx patients before and after surgery and of patients with fallopian tube obstruction,In the implantation window.
